Terms of Service

Deliveries:

  • All orders must be received by 3pm in order to qualify for the next delivery.
  • All orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, except for Holidays then it will be the next business day.
  • No deliveries will happen on Holiday Mondays, orders will go out the next available delivery day.
  • All deliveries are weather dependent – the safety of our drivers is paramount.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive this email, your order was not received, please contact us to follow up.
  • All orders require inspection and a signature by a company representative at the time of delivery unless otherwise arranged.
  • HSI reserves the right to add temporary fuel surcharges to all deliveries.
  • A State mandated delivery fee of .27 cents will be added to all deliveries per Colorado state law.
  • All applicable taxes will be added to orders placed on this site. Taxes listed on the site at checkout are an estimate only.
  • All orders will be automatically charged to the approved card or payment method on file with HSI. All customer credit cards are stored in a secure file with limited access and no internet connection. Online payments are not accepted at this time.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only valid for a 30 day period from the invoice date.
  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
  • If an exchange is needed please send an email to [email protected]m or call 970-266-9555.

Returns:

  • Returns are only available for a 30 day period from the invoice date.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs of sending anything back, unless otherwise arranged.
  • To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection prior to a refund being issued.
  • All refunds will be issued in the same payment manner as they were received.
